I work with individuals of all backgrounds and origins. With over 5 years of experience in Mental Health I’ve learned that medicine is not one size fits all and I will work with you to develop a comprehensive personalized treatment plan. While my practice relies heavily on pharmaceutical treatment I believe the best approach to mental health is one that looks at the whole individual and incorporates different modalities including physical health and well being, therapeutic techniques, and mindfulness and meditation.

I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona and am board-certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My doctoral training emphasized critical thinking and research fluency, which allows me to translate complex clinical knowledge into care that is both meaningful and practical.
